hyph's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hyph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hyph does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hyph is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
hyph collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the hyph platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
hyph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hyph will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. Continued use of the hyph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
